Reflexology modern medicine or old balone

Reflexology and Me?

Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body.

Reflexology, like acupuncture, is an ancient health system that is very relevant to today’s hectic lifestyles. It is a fabulous option for people who feel stressed and those who prefer a more ‘hands-on’ method of treatment. It also combines extremely well with Acupuncture, as both modalities work on the principle of addressing energy imbalances and bringing the body back to balance. It also feels fantastic!

I trained as a Reflexologist nearly twenty years ago, in 2014, at the Central London School of Reflexology, a prestigious school that still trains therapists today. I am also a member of the Association of Reflexologists, which exists to ensure the continued professional competency and high standards of all members.
